Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (CORF)
The Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility is a physician directed program designed to provide short-term restorative therapies to older adults who have had an acute illness or incident and who can improve with a combination of several therapies.
Services Include:
- Physician Services
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Therapy
- Nursing Care
- Social Services
- Psychological Services
- Prosthetic / Orthotic Services
- Respiratory Services
- Durable Medical Equipment
- Drugs & Biologicals (non-self administered)
- Home Assessment
- Transportation (on a limited basis)

Who is eligible?
A person who is not homebound and who has had an acute illness or incident and could improve with a combination of short-term restorative therapies. The program is designed specifically for persons who require more than one therapy.
